Returns

  • -Before returning anything, please forward an email with the concern.
  • -The customer must meet the cost of carriage to return correctly supplied goods as purchased or for goods sent back because the customer wrongly ordered or they just didn't want the goods .
  • -Unwanted goods returned after 30 days are subject to a 30% handling charge.
  • -No unwanted goods can be returned after 45 days.
  • -Returned goods must not have been fitted and must be in a re-sale able condition (unless faulty) and supplied in the original packaging.
  • -If the Parts are returned to KustomKombi.com Damaged no Warranty will be Issued!
  • -It is up to the Sender to either Pay Tracking or Insurance or Both on the safe return of the Item/s
  • -If Parts have been painted or modified they cannot be returned.
  • -Returns are not possible on tools, electrical goods after fitting (unless found faulty and Fitted buy an approved Auto Electrician) or 'Special Order' goods.
  • -Whilst we make every effort to provide accurate information, it is the customers responsibility to check that the parts are correct for their vehicle before ordering and fitting.
  • -'Special order' parts are charged in full at the time of the order being placed.
  • -If Returned Item/s were purchase on Credit Card a $1 Administration Charge will incur per transaction.
